All Chanel sunglasses have 100% UV protection, and some of the models also have polarized lenses. Feel free to ask us if you wish Chanel sunglasses with a prescription. ABOUT CHANEL

Chanel was established by Gabrielle Chanel, commonly known as Coco Chanel, in Paris in 1909. In 1913, Chanel opened her first hat and accessories Boutique in Deauville. She invents a new sporty look, borrowing simple cuts and comfortable jersey fabrics from masculine fashion. She quickly caught the attention of the Parisian upper class. Soon Chanel had customers all over the world.

At her first boutique, she sold hats and accessories, and a few years later she expanded the offering to include clothing. She also introduced the iconic perfume Chanel no.5., which got the name because it was the fifth example Coco tested. In 1926 introduced the world to the little black dress. It is equally relevant today as it was back at that time. She is also responsible for introducing the braided tweed suit, beige shoes with black points, and quilted handbag with a chain strap. Chanel’s customers include some of the most fashionable women in the world: Marlene Dietrich, Greta Garbo, Jackie Kennedy, and Victoria Beckham.
